Departure time

You can stay in the apartment until 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.

The keys must be left in the key box (and don't forget to mix the code when leaving).

We ask you to leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived, that is to say: clean and welcoming.

Household and trash

We simply ask our tenants to leave the apartment as they found it. The basic cleaning is carried out by a service company.

We thank you for cleaning and putting away the dishes.
Consider removing your products stored in the refrigerator and freezer.

Containers for throwing away your trash cans are located in the courtyard of the building, the room is opened with the yellow key which is on your key ring.

Remember to sort your waste.

Caution

An inventory will be carried out after your exit.

Your deposit will be returned to you quickly after your departure if there has been no damage.

Remember to notify us of any possible problems, breakages, etc.
